Caribbean American State Delegate Shirley Nathan-Pulliam to participate in WETATi International Women's Conference

State Delegate Shirley Nathan-Pulliam will participate in the annual WETATi International Women's Conference. WETATi stands for Women Empowered To Achieve The Impossible. The conference will be held on March 29-30, in Linthicum, Maryland. Ms. Nathan Pulliam will bring greetings to the conference.

Born in Jamaica, she is the first Caribbean born person and the first African Caribbean nurse to be elected to the Maryland General Assembly in its 433 session history.
